Ingrid Horrocks is one of New Zealand's leading emerging writers, author of a chapbook of poems, Natsukaashi (1998); Travelling With Augusta (2003), an innovative blend of research and personal writing that has also been published in Italian; and a number of short stories. She has a PhD from Princeton University and lives in Wellington with her partner and twin daughters.
