Shipping

Shipping is free to addresses within New Zealand, via NZ Post. 

Free shipping does not include tracking information and takes 3–6 working days. Public holidays and weekends will affect delivery times.

If you would like your parcel sent by courier (tracked), this option is available for NZ$10.00.

We can ship to most other places in the world, and the cost of shipping is calculated by weight in the checkout cart.

As a guide, shipping to Australia begins at NZ$15.00 per order, and for Europe, the UK and the USA, shipping begins at NZ$30.00 per order. Delivery times to Australia are normally 1–2 weeks, and 3–4 weeks to Europe, the UK and the USA.
