Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to return it.

To be eligible for a return, your book must be in the same condition as it was when you received it.

To start a return, write to us at thwup@wgtn.ac.nz. Please note that the book/s you are returning will need to be sent to the following address: 6 Kelburn Parade, Kelburn, Wellington 6012, New Zealand.

Damaged books and other issues
Please let us know if a book you've received is in bad condition or has a binding error, or if you've received the wrong book! We will sort this out as soon as possible.

Exchanges
The best way to ensure you get the book that you want is to return the book you have, and once we've accepted the return and refunded you, you can make a separate purchase for the new book.

Refunds
We will email you once we’ve received your book. If we can approve a refund, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank to process the refund. If more than 7 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at thwup@wgtn.ac.nz.
