Dylan Horrocks was born in 1966 and lives in New Zealand. He is the author of the modern classic Hicksville (1998; 2010), a full-colour book-length comic Sam Zabel and the Magic Pen (2014), and has written for DC Comics, including Hunter: The Age of Magic and Batgirl.
